Our first info session was held in September, and our first meeting was held last October. After many months of preparation, our flight is only one week away.
I'm taking the time to refocus myself spiritually by re-reflecting on the weekly reflections that Joe and Vince (our two Scholastics) have provided.
Reflection #3 focused on the hardship of pilgrimages. My pilgrimage experience this month has been pretty trying. There have been personal disappointments and trials, and moments of spiritual dryness. The question that we were directed to reflect on was: "What is my greatest fear for this journey already begun? Will I let Christ help me?"
That's something I will be reflecting on and praying about.
As a group however, we're all pretty pumped.
God is good. Very very good.
